Sounds like a failing ccv. Hard to tell from the video but you can rule out the disa by unplugging it and see if the sound stays the same.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but if the higher rpms cause a lower temperature, it might be from the water pump putting more pressure against the thermostat and causing it to "fail" very slightly....
