I had the same exact problem when I changed my shocks/struts on my 2002 325xi. That bolt snapped even after heating it. I had to drill it out and rethread. When all was said and done I had 12 hrs....

2. That tire is shot. That bulge is caused from hitting a pothole. I would think that you have a bent rim also as a result.

That is NOT a 50/50 mix. If you read the back you will see that BMW Recommends mixing it with 50% water for best cold weather performance. :thumbsup:
