There is no "tamper dot" in the cluster. Either it's the original cluster or a lower-mileage cluster was indeed swapped and programmed to eliminate the tamper dot.

Be VERY careful when tightening the plastic drain plugs. I think the specified torque is in inch-pounds. Just tighten until it bottoms out. It doesn't take much extra force to strip the threads.

It's common for the seal on the PS reservoir to fail with age. If yours is original, the seal has probably failed by now. You can buy a new seal for the cap but it's wise to check the other hoses...
