There is a cracked piece towards the passenger side of the oil pan, not sure if thats causing the issue but something I guess needs to be...

Weird repeating problem

Hey,

so my lower radiator hose keeps blowing off. shooting coolant everywhere and then the blades on the engine fan break off.

It's never a problem for like 10 miles or so, the it'll start...

I got a new alternator from Auto Parts Warehouse for ~$135 + $104 for the core.

A new voltage regulator sets me back $50 on amazon but it'll take a week longer to get here.

The $85 price...

Well it's not gonna corner like an e46 but the wrangler is a great car. Easy to work on, and easily gets to 300k miles with routine maintenance.

It will likely be my next car, if I do move...

For future reference if anyone stumbles on this like I did, all you need to do is drive around for 5-10 minutes after replacing the sensors and the light will reset :thumbsup:

Hey I'm getting the airbag light for both drivers...

Hey I'm getting the airbag light for both drivers AND passengers side tensioners. I thought that might be the fuse but all the ones I checked seemed to be fine.

Any suggestions?

You have to get your airbag light reset after you remove the airbag even if you remove a good airbag. This is why whenever you do a job that requires you to take an airbag out (like window regulator)...
