No, the floor pans are different to make room for the transfer case. I have even measured between the 2, most of the mount points are close though. Your biggest problem is the control arm mounts.

Holy disaster.. the 3 wire plug (possibly only has 1 or 2 wires going to it) is for the bixenon shutter. And the 4 pin connector is for the auto level motor. Looks like your car has bixenon stock....

FYI: the e46 xi models never received any updates for the ecu or wiring. Even my 05 xi has a ms43 ecu, and no maf on the sap.

That's cool Dave. I usually use mine for storm spotting, and helping out at county fairs. Oh and I am a general class, the only reason I got it was I was going to school for electronics at the time....

There should be a retrofit option in their computer. I have done it a few different ways. But with your car the only option for the retrofit is bi-xenon which would leave you without high beams...
