How to remove lower steering wheel trim?

I can't seem to identify the correct tool to remove the screws behind the lower steering wheel trim. The head of the screw is behind a rubber flap which makes it difficult to see. Does anyone know...

I'm sure the springs from an iX model are taller, if not too tall to match what you have in the front. I think it's about 1" taller.
