I ran into a "similar" problem. Mine was completely seized. :facepalm: Try using a reverse thread bolt extractor. If that doesn't work (I broke 3 bits trying this) do what honkifyoubonk suggested....

Question Sorry to hijack but...

Seems my power steering pump is starting to fail on me within the last couple days. :facepalm: I am now able to hear a noticeable growl/whine when I turn the steering wheel. There are no puddles...
