No real difference between the PSS9 and PSS10, the 10 has one more click of adjustment. Exact spring rates, I'm not 100% sure on, but they are similar to H&R sport springs, probably around 450 rates....

$300 is a steal on labor. This job can be done DIY, as I have done them on several chassis types (I wouldnt attempt without an air compressor though). Hardest part will be the subframe bushings.
