It always surprises me that manifold manufactures don't do this when they finish welding a manifold. Especially at the price point that these exhaust manifolds sell for you...

He is likely referring to the rear adjustable collar/perch and spring combo. Not the entire strut assembly (GC is based off Koni struts like TCK though..)

There's a tensioner for that chain (black piece right above the chain in the picture he posted). You can damage the tensioner if you don't take up the chain slack when loosening the nut on the oil...
