I currently own a 330ci manual and I doubt the positioning in the M3 is any different. I'm a tall person with long arms and I've never hit the arm rest! Very odd that he mentions...

I just had a broken bottle pierce my tyre too. I'd say you have a 50% chance of repair on that since it is a small hole and not on the sidewall but very close.

The car was washed. The majority of the time was doing a 3 stage polish to remove swirl marks and scratches. Then Wolf's Hard Body was used to finish it off.
