cant twist the nose. if you want to activate it...

cant twist the nose. if you want to activate it you need software coding. once you fix the general module 3 it should fix everything else. if not you need to see if your car is receiving 2 or 1...

sounds like either the starter as it wont turn over. see if you can put a stick on the starter and hit it a few times. maybe do it from the bottom.

maybe the starter is stuck out and not allowing...

i have the exact same problem as you. what i do is bring a obd2 scanner along and when it comes on, i clear it and im on my way.

it comes on for me when i am driving and it is cold under like 60...

Programming takes all of 20 minutes but the shop charge 2 hours seems right as they do have to make money to pay for the equipment. I'd reset it and see what comes back first.

The sensor is way up there and I doubt water got in. If it did the auto trans goes into limp mode. When I had that code it turned out to be the maf sensor. But if your pan is leaking. Might as well...
