well it makes sense. Extreme turning already sloshes the oil around and can cause some oil starvation, hence why baffled oil pans exist. I would think a consistent angle held for a period of time...

think about it, if you had it on the Passenger side it'll be accepting input from the little adjustment stick. If you put it on the driver's side, it'll work on its own.
