I'm not talking about rust in the face of the rotor where pads grip. That's true I don't see that contributing to runout. I mean between rotor and hub where rotor sits if that makes sense. Even .002"...

Need to have a clean hub face for rotor to sit flat. Any rust left will cause lateral runout which is felt as pedal pulsation. Rotor appears to have a wobble.

I had a shop that races bmws fix mine for 1500 not counting cost of turner kit. That was pretty good I thought for how bad my mounts were torn.

THey have never done a repair once the subframe has damage to it. I'm sure that they can follow the repair process but I'm not going to have that type of work done at a place...

thanks, but i've been down that road. i got the idle control valve replaced, cleaned the MAF, and assume when the ICV was replaced they would have told me if there were tears in the intake boot.
