Of course not, but all vehicles have area's that need attention. For example it seems that M3's require a valve adjustment each Inspection, hence adding substantially to the expense.

Not sure of frame height, but hub to guard was 9.75 inch in the rear if I recall correctly (was definetely sub 10").
