Does anyone know what the normal MAF voltage should be for a 328ci? I am seeing conflicting numbers and I'm guessing its supposed to be between 1 and 5 volts. Mine is arount 0.75 and not sure if...

Not sure how replacing the alternator could be linked to fan speed unless there is a voltage issue somewhere (seems coincidental though), but yes the final stage resistor is what commonly goes bad...

My car was hosed by the same type thing. I'd push the clutch in and it would just stall. It was my camshaft position sensor. I had no CES either.
