UPDATE: Took fuse 49 out again today (for the 3rd...

UPDATE: Took fuse 49 out again today (for the 3rd time), put it back in and the locking mysteriously started working. Key fob and dash button both work like they should. :woot:

Yup, I have a 323Ci and always get around 17.5 in the city. I figured it's normal. BTW, I have auto transmission (biggest regret of my life), and a/c is always on here in CA.
