Further test

I saw a post re stopping the fan clutch with a rolled up newspaper to see if the noise disappears. I tried that but no difference. It seems to be to loud to be a vacuum leak.

Update on Noise issue

After doing the water pump and still having my high pitched squeal return I today changed the upper tensioner with pulley and also the upper idler pulley. As soon as the car warmed up noise returned....
