It could be a bad spot / uneven wear on the pads. And I would bet it's a brakes/rotors problem, not bushings. That said, you can try to check for bad bushings simply by raising the car and checking...

Well, he calls it "Paint Enhancement" but it did include compounding and polishing. Other than a clay bar treatment, i think its about as close to a full correction as I have ever seen.
