Speedometer reads 20+mph over!?

So my 163,000 mile wagon started reading a very high speed.At first I freaked out and did a double take because I was like it sure doesent feel like I'm going 80...but then realized something is off....

My 2001 325it 5speed now has 150,000+ miles on it on the origional clutch.

How many miles are you all getting out of yours?

Is it time to replace it?
