Well, if it's old, like mine was, it will be brown and mimic the look of oil. Change all hoses and the power steering reservoir which includes the filter. Replace clamps with new clamps.

Nah..mine's a 2001 built in 9-2000 with 126+K and looks the same. Purring at the moment. Change the oil and filter often and no worries.

On a cool engine. A hot head and cold water can be problematic. Simple Green works well too as a degreaser. I'd also cover the alternator and any other electronics in the open.

Just did the rear differential bushing...eliminated the clunk when going to reverse then to 1st, first thing in the morning. Ended up removing the cover plate to the rear diff to make room to swing...
