Rejuvenator oil - rub it in hard by hand all over the leather. Give 12ish hours to be absorbed by the leather. Will make it soft and bring all the dirt...

Areas with high wear and direct skin contact like centre armrest, driver door card and side bolster have lost their colour. What can be done to fix this?
