Take two nuts that fit the bolt/stud and screw them both onto the remaining thread. Use a wrench to turn the lower nut against the upper nut to turn the stud counterclockwise and out.

I'm Back! Got the wheels installed and I'm happy with the fitment and how flush they are with the fenders. Only problem now is I'm currently donk status so oem sport springs are on their way atm....
