Do it, but start with just a muffler delete. It's plenty loud and you will definitely get tired of a muffler and reso-delete.

A resonator or muffler delete will cost anywhere between 100-200$$. Do either if your just looking for a volume increase.

M3's are awesome but I'd say definitely test...

M3's are awesome but I'd say definitely test drive a M5 just to experience that motor...you might get hooked. From what I've heard maintenance is more involved on an M5 but still manageable.
