Grinding when shifting

I feel like a grinding when I shift and hear a clunk when shifting clutch pedal vibrantes alot too over 4000 rpm .
Worried it Night be my transmition any help ?

How do i know when its time to change my clutch

Theres a Wierd clunk everytime I shift and the clutch pedal vibrantes alot when I shift over 3500 rpm not sure what it could be .
