Cool. I was thinking that as the body came down that there was less tire clearance rather than more, so I couldn't see how there was extra room to "push" the wheels out even if you wanted to.

I'm going through the same process with a cabriolet. Problem with the SoCal cars is that people drive them all day every day and pile the miles on. I recommend expanding your search geographically....
