Most likely center support bearing is bad and...

Most likely center support bearing is bad and your guibo is failing because of this. Also check your diff bushings as these go bad. Another possibility is sub-frame damage but just pray this isnt it.

It's not the valve cover. It's right below it. there is a metal basket that goes sideways into the block. You really have to look at your car to see it

Help me find and fix an oil leak

I have a slow oil leak that is leaking onto the left side of my engine and other stuff.

The oil only leaks once the car has been ran and then shut off. It seems to seap out around a metal gasket...

it is really hard to get a good picture and the only way to see the metal gasket is with a mirror. It is directly behind the vanos solenoid, undernearth the valve cover but above the large coolant...

It is right beside the round solenoid for the vanos. There is actually a metal gasket sorta of like a head gasket that goes into the side of the block. It is kinda hard to see and you need a mirror...

click the button on the end of the left turn signal switch. It cycles through everything...time, avg mph, mpg, time, temperature, etc.

Car is throwing P0340. I can clear it and it will stay off for a day or two and I will have full power but once I turn the car off and start it up the code will come back on and it will be in limp...

Advantages/Disadvantages of slant engine

I was just curious as to why the bmw engineers decided on a slant-6. I know other cars have a slant setup, honda S2000 for example has a slant-4.

Is it because of fitment issues and it is easier...

its a jeep thing and the wave normally only applies to wranglers and not other models.

It is a tradition and has been around forever. It would take a big cult following to get a bmw wave started.
