I installed a new VDO Mass Air Flow sensor....so far, no more bog downs on RPMs (feels like it's going to stall) when downshifting in Manual mode and coming to a stop. I hope this solves it...

Option one for me I guess is to clean the ICV and look for any hose cracks/leaks.
