How can I tell which parts of the unit need replacing? For one the bulbs are burning extremely low, and the lens covers are really hazy even after cleaning. Thanks for the tip!

Wow, thanks for all the help! Lots of answers. I suppose I can use a normal ratchet with an extension and 5/8 Spark-plug socket to remove and install the plugs. No need for a torque wrench.
