When I used a soldering iron, and melted the plastic rivets and shaped them to slip through the holes. When I reassembled I used the soldering iron to press them out again. The plastic melts easily

I finally got around to taking mine off. You will need a T40 Torques bit to remove the bolt on the inside.

Step 1) The leather on the back of the headrest continues under and clips to the bottom...

FINALLY fixed the cargo nets on the back of the seats in my convertible M3

I removed the back of the seats and fixed the aged and sagging netting. I wrote up a little DIY here (http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?p=16586040#post16586040)
