fair price to replace exhaust hardware???

Any ideas on a fair prices to separate the downpipe from the exhaust and replace the hardware?
I'm looking to have it done so I can then take it apart myself to do work on the driveshaft (guibo etc.)

Guibo without fully removing exhaust?

I recently had the exhaust disconnected to the downpipe to do the rear wheel bearing. Was able to press the exhaust down far enough to get the clearance needed.

Any possibility the same method...

Where the F do you get a decent pair of snap-ring pliers?

everything at Home Depot, Lowes, Advanced, AutoZone and O'Reillys are just big enough.....ie too small.

Ive secured everything from the tail up to this joint. Heat shields are secure. Basically process of elimination.
Even went as far as replacing the below---the arm was MIA and replacing it...

Exhaust Gaskets asking for trouble?

140K miles on this exhaust.
Looking to eliminate vibration/rattles and I'm all the way back to where the downpipe meets the exhaust.
