When you have it under the load of the wrench ...

When you have it under the load of the wrench (while it is bending ) tap the control arm with a hammer to help vibrate it loose.

I had to add fans to the sub amp, it would get hot and shut down. My subs are a free air setup pushing through the ski pass.

Sawzall it off and either (1) remove and repair the female threads, or (2) do the swap and don't worry about one bolt.. The rest should hold it fine.

If that part of the emissions isn't "ready", they will tell you to drive around for a hundred miles or so until it is ready. What county do you plan to move too? --city?
