Exclamation I did a boo boo while replacing the thermostate

As i replace my 325i Thermostat, I snap off a bolt...the lower bolt of it...everything else was 7ft-lb torque. Will it be safe for now untill i get a new bolt???? I have not tried to turn it on yet....

Help replacing belts.

So today I decided to replace my belts but I ran into something I never seen. I don't know if I seen this type of tension pulley. It's not like my lower engine pulley. Can you guys help me.
