May be ... But I was thinking in more of troubleshooting terms. There are various places in the manifolds where I can place the gauge hose, however I am not sure what the correct readings should be....

Anybody tried a gauge vacuum test with good results: steady needle at idle, drop in vacuum once rpm is increased to 2500? If yes, where is the gauge hose supposed to be connected ?

Please advise....

I looked at the analog values screen and I wanted to see what 452 kPa...

The error code popped after I did the rattling noise fix and not the seals. Oh ... and I also went thru all the gory procedures of changing the sensor, cleaning the solenoids, checking for voltage...

I trusted the pistons in my unit were good...

I have a 2005 330 Ci and the driver side bi-xenon will not turn on. I did troubleshoot it as I much as I could. In the beginning, I switched the bulb and ignitor with the ones on the passenger side....

Did you look at sucking jet pump and connecting hoses. They are close to the CCV, so that may lead you to believe that the sound comes from CCV.
