You can go to Orileys and ask for a fuel pressure...

You can go to Orileys and ask for a fuel pressure regulator. It will be in a Borg Warner box part #24056. Open the box and you will find a Kayser fuel filter w/ built in regulator for around 55 to 60...

Having the same issues as you were. Bought new bulbs and found the same thing that you did last night. The top portion of the bowl is pretty bad on both sides.
