first check all the cables you may have touched...

first check all the cables you may have touched or knocked are still all good, if so remove spark plug and check for spark, remove injecter and check its pulsing, i had my DME box randomly die on me...

Only tool require that you wont have is the timing tools to reset the cams, these sell in uk for ***163;270 (around $550) but can also be hired for 7 days for ***163;55 ($100) you only need them for approx 3...

He should have torqued them before even removing, that would have told him wether he would have been able to just put in new bolts once the work was completed or if he was going to have to use...

An the problem regarding bolts is because the block is heat treated, once it overheats it becomes soft again and the bolts will pull the threads out, but to overcome this you use timeserts, approve...

i see these questions often about octane, here in the UK we cant buy any lower than 96 from any garage, thats the crapest fuel we can get, or we can pay bout an extra 2p per litre to have 99octane...
