02 M3 Vert. ESS VT2-525, Super Sprint V1 stepped headers, Super Sprint sections 1 and 2, Super Sprint Race muffler. Catless. Haven't hit the dyno yet, but similar setups have posted 550-560 hp.

Approximately 6.5 inches from the mounting surface to the back end of the rear heatsink. But keep in mind you've got cables that would prevent you from mounting this flush to a surface.
