Just make sure you take the "fill" plug out before you remove the "drain" plug. If you drain the fluid, and then cannot get the fill plug out, you're in for a very bad day.

That's pretty low mileage for an 04 wagon. I'll let the wagon owners chime in on specific wagon issues, but I would change all of the fluids and rubber & plastic engine/drive-train parts due to age....

I've looked through RealOEM.com, and couldn't find any pressure relief valve in the parts list. My Bentley is in the basement, and I'm headed to bed, so it may be a while before I get to consult it....
