Red is ATF - you have a power steering leak. As far as your cooling system being low - if you haven't leaked any out, you simply didn't bleed the system well enough before.

Coolant system should have been done first. Then do your DISA valve, CCV and fuel pump - that should cover you for another few years. Get yourself a spare FSU while you're at it.
