I've never seen a bolt come loose in the door on an E46, but it sounds like the regualtor just let go. Usually either the cable snaps or the plastic grommet breaks. You can sometimes temporarily fix...

Need the template to cut center console at rear...

Bought the Euro armless center console a couple years ago, didnt bother to trim the back so it would fit snug, and I lost the sticker/template that came with it to trim it.

It's a standard size...

After switching the crossovers to test if that was the issue, and tightening down all conections, the squeal has completely dissappeared, but I am still getting a volume drop on the right...

I have mine set up to bridge the front and the sub set-up as the rear channel, so when you fade to rear, you are controling sub volume. Works very well.

All with stock head unit.

Sounds like no one has any good ideas yet...so I'm going to go ahead and pull both door panels and switch the tweeters. Then at least I'll know if it's the tweeter thats failing, or the wiring.

Help! Electronic whine, rev sensitive...

Getting a high frequency electronic whine from the passenger tweeter only.

Had the same issue a couple years ago with the whole vehicle, but after drilling a dedicated ground problem completely...

if you have access to a code reader, look for a "Map Cooling" fault, then its definitely the t-stat.

It is what I would call "simple" to install,...
