Rear sunshade stopped

BMW 325I 2003, rear sunshade was working smoothly but suddenly stopped getting down, when click the button i hear that there is one or 2 ticking put no response.

I do got heating issue before and cost me to change upper chamber of the engine. .there was leaking in the radiator so I changed it.
What else u advice me to do?

no engine light or error lights on the board, BUT when it getting to slow down i noticed that all the lights power getting low as well...
