Leave the top bolted in, Air chisel the hub down...

Leave the top bolted in, Air chisel the hub down off the strut with the spreader in the slot. If that doesn't work air chisel down on the hub in the slot (if that makes sense). FYI you're too far now...

he's most likely putting on an m3 exhaust or doesnt feel like having the pipe bent around his spare tire well. from his other posts (if i remember) he's changin up his rear bumer w/ m3 exhaust.
