I had the exact problem recently...only on an incline just like yourself. Problem has not returned but im getting ready to replace the oil pressure switch which I expect will resolve the problem.

Buy from esctuning. Last I saw, their aftermarket pump was less than five bucks, took less than 10 minutes to install and works like a charm.

Use some PB blaster on the nut. Let it soak in for 15 minutes and whack it again. It will loosen.

OP, judging from the sound in the video you posted, I would bet your problem is not coming from your ccv. Did the pin from the flap valve in your DISA drop into your manifold?
