I have my 99 323i it has just broken 101k miles. It has brand new bilstien coilover suspension all bushings and new control arms hamann exhaust and hm2 rims 19" mtech kit and a couple of other stuff....

I removed the black cover with the four nuts on...

I removed the black cover with the four nuts on it and got a look at the passenger side and where the wires are there is a bit of fuel in that area. It's like right where the connector is.

I have the same setup as you and burnt through two sets of rear tires from blow outs. You need adjustable cambers and then get an alignment.
