the rotor hold down bolts are not needed, they are just there for factory assembly. if they round off, I just drill the head off.

I used RTV on mine when i did it. no leaks anymore. Some car makers don't even use a gasket on some assembly's anymore and just rely on RTV. RTV usually just peels right off

I brought it to 2 places when it first started. The BMW Indy said it 2k to fix the torque converter. The tranny place said I might as well pony up 4k for a new rebuilt tranny.

I bought one of the chinese made ones off of parts train. Bolted right on and after getting the air out, works just fine. Been about 3 months. 99 dollars I think was what I paid.

I bought some AM ones off of ebay for 45 buck for the pair. They were made in Turkey. They installed just fine and work like OEM.

BMW does not make the CAB. They source them for place all over...
