You probably want a new DISA. A lot of the times the pin that holds the flap in can fall off and into your intake manifold.... which will destroy your motor. Even if it's just cracked it's a good...

Yeah but that's a much more quiet noise than what I experienced.... Mine was a lot louder and happened usually when I would turn the wheel past half a turn.

Just to elaborate a little more the clunk seems to happen when I turn the opposite way in which I last turned the wheel. For example if I turn left, it clunks, then turn the wheel to the left again...

Yeah, I figured out that it wasnt an electrical issue but that it was stalling itself out. Honestly I think that cleaning the ICV did more than anything but the CCV needed to be done so I just did...
