So I took it to my auto shop and they said it is probably an electrical problem with a switch and I should take it to BMW.

Any other suggestions? Is this a quick fix or something I shouldn't mess...

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but you can always buy a car cover and cover up your car. There is a slit for the trunk plate, but not for the front bumper nor is it required.

That is correct, when the car is off and I hit the highbeam lever on the left of the wheel, both lights turn on.

When the car is on, the left blub will not turn on.

So I was measuring my tread on my tires and it looks like my front tires are at 2/32. I'm sure thats not a good thing and I should get those replaced. But my back tires had a good amount of tread...
