I use Torque Pro and an OBDII to Bluetooth. Gives the temp and you can set an audible alarm at the temp you choose. Simple, easy, and inexpensive.

I agree with peytonracer. Same thing happened in my mom's Honda minivan. A charge fixed it. I also don' t know why it starts failing on the passenger side.
