Disclaimer: Can't watch video, at work. I'm assuming you're talking about 3D scanners.

You're right it would make a designers job a LOT easier, but only at a place that routinely does reverse...

No joke.

3D printed parts out of stuff like Ultem 9085 or even an ABS PC blend can be pretty damn strong, especially if they don't have to act as a hammer or something else that imparts a lot of...

Blunttech.com- Best Customer Service Ever

I heard about BluntTech.com on r3vLimited when I had an E30, and since then I've bought all my OEM parts from them. Incredibly fast shipping, usually next day delivery, for free. Every time I order...

I haven't seen very much on the routes I drive, but I'll keep it in mind. That's kind of expensive to drop on a whim, I usually don't haul too much ass since the roads are usually crowded.

Yeah, that's my one concern with moving the 9500ix up high. I'd lose what little laser detection chance I've got. I've been hit by one maybe twice here, though. Not very common.

Interesting, I don't think I've seen one above the mirror like that. It's definitely well hidden. I've read that can hurt laser detection, but I'm guess that's not a concern with your setup?

You're welcome to give it a shot, but I've never heard of a BMW dealership reflashing ECUs to non NHTSA (or whatever) approved stuff. There's no way there's not a rule or law against that.

I don't think so, no. It wouldn't be legal for the car to be street driven in the US, so I don't think they will unless you're a real smooth talker with a race trailer to haul the car off when...
