Mine was so stuck on there I had to use a plastic chisel to remove all the bits along with compressed air to clean it all up. Tedious, but doable.

Just replaced my power steering pump myself and had to break that clamp apart. I ended up replacing with a regular hose clamp of proper size. No issues.
