THe reason why its not rubbing is because of the beefier stock suspension,put two fat ladies in the back!! maybe not,...although if you dont slam it you could probably get away with 245 width tyres...

Your tyre fitter should know best ...but the common tyre for 8 inch rim is 225 and for 9.5 width factory uses 255 so 245 on rear would be possible I believe..DL
